AMBROSIA Guests seated on the two white Terraces enjoy the changing Sunset colors in the sea and against the caldera. With the volcano at your feet and the stars overhead. And if you are extra lucky the Rising Moon.

Inside - the cozy atmosphere is in our unique cave style room. With the island views and special antiques.
(Please note at this time of the year the actually setting of the sun into
the sea is not seen from our caldera side of Oia.)

Nectar & Ambrosia Guests are just steps away from the tip of the island - the best viewpoint to the setting sun is nearby. After the sunset - the view from our Terrace to the volcano and island will dazzle. Candlelight dinner on the terrace and inside the artful space.

Our two seating times adjust to the monthly rhythm of the Summer
and the Sunset.

First about 7/7:30 pm and Second 9:30/10pm with the kitchen closing at Midnight.
