filled with caramelized onions, slices of fresh tomato,

goat’s cheese topped with fresh basil pesto

Greek angel hair pastry stuffed with a trio of

herbed cheeses with a sauce of myrtle and Santorini Vinsanto wine

 

 

Tender Beef Fillet

with Vinsanto wine and fresh truffles with a puree of

Sea Bass (Lauraki)

grilled with lemon-caper sauce, served with celery root puree
